AI Agent TR was born out of the operational challenges we faced while managing a community of more than 15,000 software developers within Remote Tech.
As we tried to manually handle processes such as making phone calls with thousands of developers, checking availability, gathering salary expectations, and planning start dates, we realized these tasks could not scale. As our team grew, our candidates began to complain about delayed responses.
We first built a Turkish voice AI assistant for our own needs. After thousands of calls, we noticed that 80% of conversations in recruitment processes follow similar patterns. We understood that this technology could be valuable not only for us, but for companies everywhere.
Today, as AI Agent TR, we offer this technology — tested and developed in our own operations — to businesses around the world. We work to solve the same kinds of challenges faced in call center, customer service, sales, and support processes.
