Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the AI Agent TR service ("Service") provided at aiagenttr.com, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

The Service is provided by RTW Bilişim ve Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi ("RTW") for service operations and Remote Tech Work Ltd (wholly-owned subsidiary of RTW) for payment processing.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

AI Agent TR provides GPT-4 powered AI call center agents with 24/7 automated customer service in Turkish, English, and 50+ languages, including natural language processing, voice recognition, call routing, CRM/ERP integration, and real-time analytics.

The Service utilizes third-party AI voice processing services, AWS infrastructure (Frankfurt), telecommunications and PBX service providers, and Stripe for payment processing.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Pricing Model

• Prepaid credit packages as shown at aiagenttr.com/pricing
• Credits are consumed based on minutes used
• Accepted currencies: TRY, USD, EUR, GBP
• Unused credits roll over to next month, no refunds after 15 days

3.2 Refund Policy

• Within 15 days: Refund of remaining unused credits
• After 15 days: Credits roll over monthly, no refunds
• EU/UK customers: 14-day cooling-off period with full refund if no credits used

4. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

4.1 Availability

Target uptime: 99.9% monthly. Scheduled maintenance will be notified 48 hours in advance.

4.2 Support

Support hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 (Turkey Time)

• Critical issues: 2 hours response time
• Normal issues: 24 hours response time

5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You may use the Service for lawful business purposes. You must not use it for illegal activities, harassment, spam, robocalling, or to violate telecommunications regulations. You are responsible for obtaining consent from callers for recording and processing their data.

6. DATA PROTECTION

We process data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Voice recordings are retained for 6 months, transcripts for 2 years. You grant us license to process data for Service provision and anonymized model training (with opt-out available).

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights in the Service, including software, AI models, and branding, remain the exclusive property of RTW and its licensors. You retain ownership of your data.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or damages from third-party services.

9. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms commence upon account creation and continue until terminated. Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited after the 15-day refund period.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by Turkish law for service matters and UK law for payment matters. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, then Istanbul Courts if needed.
